CHOCOLATE MICROWAVE CAKE

Ingredients

1 ½ cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

3 Tbs baking cocoa

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup cold water or cold brewed coffee

1/3 cup cooking oil

1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Combine the dry ingredients. Combine the liquid

ingredients in another bowl. Stir both together until

well blended. Pour into a lightly oiled 9-inch square

glass or pyrex pan or a microwave tube pan.

Notes

Cook on

high heat (using turntable) 6 to 8 minutes or until

cake tests done in center. Cool completely in pan.

Store in an airtight container.
